PriumCare VIP Coordination Terms
These versioned terms apply only to the two published PriumCare VIP coordination packages.

Packages and direct choice
You may choose either published package directly. Human WhatsApp support is available if you want help choosing.
- Private Journey — CNY ¥14,000 one complete coordination fee for the published 2–4 guest package.
- Private Group Journey — CNY ¥42,000 one complete coordination fee for the published 4–10 guest package.
For four guests, choose Private Journey for one shared schedule or Private Group Journey for parallel schedules and group-level operations.

Excluded medical and third-party costs
The coordination fee does not include medical examinations, diagnosis or treatment, hospital fees, accommodation, vehicles, meals, tickets, or any other third-party charge. Those charges are separate and are not collected as part of this coordination fee.
Service start time and 48-hour boundary
"Service start time" means the scheduled start time of the first coordinated service in the confirmed itinerary, such as airport pickup, accompaniment to a medical appointment, or another arranged item. It is not the payment time or the time of the first WhatsApp conversation. Orders submitted less than 48 hours before that time are not accepted.
Successful payment authorizes PriumCare to begin planning and coordination, but does not mean that a hospital or another third party has confirmed availability.
Non-clinical coordination boundary
PriumCare provides non-clinical coordination. It does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee any medical result, hospital acceptance, booking, price, or third-party availability.
Full coordination-fee refund after manual review
If PriumCare cannot arrange the itinerary for reasons attributable to PriumCare, the coordination fee is refunded in full after manual review.
WhatsApp support and payment authority
The same human VIP WhatsApp number provides package-selection support and paid-service contact. A WhatsApp message, screenshot, or service reference is not proof of payment or entitlement. Only the verified Members order and payment state are authoritative.
