    You are welcome to start with a brief initial discussion at no charge. We can help clarify your situation, explain the general process, and advise whether your case is suitable for further consultation.

    Formal Case Review: CNY 700

    If you need a formal case review, medical-record assessment, hospital or doctor matching, or a specialist response, this will be treated as a paid consultation.

    If you proceed with treatment at one of our partner hospitals, your consultation fee will be credited toward your hospital bill up to CNY 700 per patient.

    Free discussion covers general guidance only; medical advice, specialist review, and formal treatment recommendations require the paid consultation. Example: if one patient's hospital bill is CNY 1,700, the patient pays CNY 1,000 after the credit. This credit applies only at these three hospitals. At other hospitals or providers, the CNY 700 remains payment for the completed consultation and cannot be applied to hospital charges. Our service fee supports Alipay payment.
