- Hospital and medical fees
- Pay the medical provider directly for examinations, treatment and medicines. These are separate from CMT service fees.
- Care Starter registration only
- CMT collects this separately at the hospital's actual price, without markup, and pays it to the hospital.
- Standalone accompaniment
- The independent companion quotes, confirms the payment method and receives payment directly. This is separate from CMT company fees; accompaniment included in a CMT package is paid to CMT.

Pay and send the receipt
Pay the service fee in full in CNY and send a receipt screenshot. Our team verifies the payment manually and confirms in the chat. Before service starts, we send the service agreement and informed consent and confirm them by email.
