Je viens de France et j’ai fait appel à cette société pour organiser mon bilan de santé en Chine. L’expérience a été excellente du début à la fin.
Ils ont absolument tout géré pour moi : la prise de rendez-vous avec l’hôpital, l’organisation du bilan, les instructions à suivre avant le rendez-vous et toutes les explications nécessaires pour que je sache exactement quoi faire une fois sur place. Ils ont également assuré la traduction et l’explication de mon compte rendu médical, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsqu’on est étranger et qu’on ne parle pas chinois.
La communication a toujours été rapide, claire et professionnelle. Je me suis senti accompagné à chaque étape et je n’ai pratiquement eu à m’occuper de rien. Tout était parfaitement organisé.
Enfin, j’ai trouvé leur tarif vraiment raisonnable compte tenu de la qualité du service et de tout l’accompagnement fourni.

I came from France and asked this company to arrange my health checkup in China. The experience was excellent from beginning to end.
They handled absolutely everything for me: making the hospital appointment, arranging the checkup, the instructions to follow before the appointment, and all the explanations I needed so that I knew exactly what to do once I was there. They also translated and explained my medical report, which is especially valuable when you are a foreigner and do not speak Chinese.
Communication was always prompt, clear, and professional. I felt supported at every stage and had almost nothing to take care of. Everything was very well organised.
Finally, I found their fee very reasonable given the quality of the service and all the support provided.
