    Healthcare in China for Foreigners

Getting into a Chinese hospital is rarely the hard part — the registration systems, the department routing and the paperwork are all in Chinese. We handle that side so you can use the same public Grade 3A hospitals residents use.

Flat coordination fee from CNY ¥700. Hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital at its local prices — no percentage commission, no hospital markup.

    What we can arrange

    Hospital appointments

Registration at public tertiary (Grade 3A) hospitals, including international and VIP departments where the hospital offers them. We handle the Chinese-language booking systems.

    Interpretation and accompanied visits

A bilingual coordinator can register on your behalf, come with you through the visit, and translate records and reports afterwards.

    Cities we coordinate in

    How it works

    1. 1

Tell us where you are and what you need

Your city, what you want examined or treated, and whether you need someone physically with you at the hospital.

    2. 2

We scope it and quote the service fee

You get the coordination scope, which hospital route fits, and which of the three flat service fees applies before anything is booked.

    3. 3

      You confirm, then we arrange

Registration, preparation instructions and interpretation are arranged against the confirmed scope. Hospital availability is verified before you rely on the plan.

    What you pay

Coordination is a flat service fee — CNY ¥700, ¥1,400 or ¥2,800 depending on scope. Hospital examination and treatment fees are separate and paid directly to the hospital.

    Common questions

Can a foreigner book an appointment at a Chinese public hospital?

Yes. Public hospitals in China accept international patients, and many tertiary (Grade 3A) hospitals run international or VIP departments. The practical obstacles are the Chinese-language registration systems and on-site navigation, which is what our coordinators handle.

I am already in China. Can you still help?

Yes. Coordination for people already in the country is a normal case for us: appointment registration, interpretation, accompanied visits, and help reading reports afterwards. Tell us the city and what you need looked at, and we will scope it.

How much does it cost, and what do I pay you versus the hospital?

You pay a flat coordination service fee — CNY ¥700, ¥1,400, or ¥2,800 depending on scope. Hospital examination and treatment fees are separate and are paid directly to the hospital at its local prices. There is no percentage commission and no hospital markup.

Do I need to speak Chinese?

No. Bilingual coordinators handle registration and communication with hospital staff, and can accompany you through the visit. Records and reports can be translated as part of the service scope.

    Which cities do you cover?

Coordination is available in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Suzhou and Xi'an, where we have verified current public-hospital checkup pricing. Other cities are scoped case by case.

Tell us your city and what you need

Send where you are, what you want examined or treated, and whether you need a coordinator with you at the hospital. We will scope it and tell you the service fee before anything is booked.
