    Analytics are optional. Your accepted or rejected choice is stored for 180 days and you can change it at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

    Optional anonymous estimates

    If accepted, a fixed 30-day visitor identifier and a sliding 30-minute visit identifier help us estimate visits and CTA intent. They are not joined to medical, account, payment, or chat data, and we do not fingerprint visitors or use analytics for advertising.

    Protected processing and retention

    The analytics Worker derives protected identifiers using a server-side HMAC. Analytics rows are retained for 90 days. A WhatsApp click records CTA intent only; it is not proof that a WhatsApp message was sent.

    Other necessary storage

    We also store your language preference, Sunny chat session ID (smart_cs_session_id) in localStorage, and authentication storage when you sign in. These serve site functionality rather than optional analytics.
