1. Service Scope & Relationship
China Medical Tour ("We", "Us") acts solely as a medical tourism facilitator and booking agent.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- All medical services are provided by independent third-party hospitals and clinics.
- The contract for medical services is directly between you (the Patient) and the medical provider.
2. Booking & Payments
- Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and travel arrangements.
- Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates may vary.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Bank Transfer. Transaction fees imposed by payment platforms are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise included in the package.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:
- More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund of package fees (minus a $50 administrative fee and any non-refundable deposits paid to hospitals/hotels).
- 7-14 days before arrival: 80% refund of package fees.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of package fees.
- Within 24 hours or No-Show: No refund.
Note: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
4. Medical Risks & Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge that all medical procedures carry risks. China Medical Tour is not liable for:
- Any medical outcomes, complications, or negligence by healthcare providers.
- Delays or changes in treatment plans decided by medical professionals.
- Loss of personal items or travel disruptions (we strongly recommend Travel Insurance).
5. Visas & Travel Documents
While we assist with invitation letters, obtaining a valid visa and passport is the sole responsibility of the traveler. We are not liable for denied entry by customs authorities.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from our agency services shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration in China.
